I seriously feel like I have know life at all haha. I am away from all my friends and when I have a chance to see them I have work. I wish I didn’t have to think about money but I really need my own car haa. May actually be skipping a party to cover my co workers 8 hour shift next Saturday and then I have another 8 hour shift the next day haha, well on the bright side Jeep here I come!
I get my best ideas while working out!
So while on my run I was thinking about how bored I was of doing the same work out over and over, so I came up with a plan! I am going to focus on not one specific section of my body like I normally do ex. legs, arms, abs, but instead focus each day of the week on a different sport that I find interesting and want to become good at!! I am thinking swimming, volleyball, cycling, boxing, yoga and then running/weight lifting. The nice thing about this is I will be having fun while doing each thing, working different parts of my body each day with each different sport and becoming better at all these things!! I think this is a good plan, especially for summer so I keep busy and don’t spend all my time on here and can never say that I’m bored with my workout!!
